Refund policy

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of natural gemstone and mineral specimens, all returns and exchanges are subject to the conditions below.

Returns must be requested within 15 days of the date your order is delivered. To be eligible, the item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition and packaging, with any accompanying certificates or documentation included. You must contact us and receive return authorization before sending anything back; items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

If the 15-day return window has passed, a single exchange is available, provided the request is made within 30 days of the delivery date. This exchange is limited to one item of equal or lesser value, is available only once per order, and is not available once the 30-day period has ended. No refunds are issued once the 15-day return window has closed, only this one exchange.

After 30 days from the date of delivery, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable, as is the original shipping cost. We recommend a trackable, insured shipping method; we cannot issue a refund or exchange for an item lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5 business days for processing.

This policy does not cover items received damaged or materially different from their listing description. For those, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
